Everyone in akatsuki is his minion, and still Orochimaru ducked tobi's war so he wouldn't get himself killed. He still waited to go after sasuke's body because tobi threatened to kill him if he did.

Black zetsu didn't hate Orochimaru, if not for him madara would never comeback to life. He played Orochimaru's spy easily

You refused to read the part of Tobi telling Sasuke that he played his part perfectly.
What is that part perfectly you say? absorbing Orochimaru to aid him in battle to get sasuke to gain a new power called the mangekyo sharingan. And here you are lecturing me about solid evidence yet you can't read the one in front of you.

He has no interest in his war yet sasuke is a vitual part of it. What does that tell you already? I shouldn't have to spell out the process for you. Tobi already warned that he needed sasuke for during the war, so both kabuto and Oro were wise to back off sasuke until the end.
