Thats what I meant lol, as in would you rather allow the justice system to execute a criminal or do whatever, OR would you rather take justice into your own hands and execute the criminal yourself

No, i belive that no one should have the right to judge. Like they say in Skyrim, justice should be something for the gods. So no i wouldn't take justice, my life isn't any more important than anyone else's for me to make judgement upon others. I wouldn't want to execute someone unless it directly and personally affected me, like if they killed a family member etc. because i do belive in vengeance. Even so, i would still have to think about it, no one should have the right to take someone's life away. If you kill a criminal it wouldn't make you any different.

It is better off you take stuff where system is ****ed up because criminals will just dodge the system or it just wastes resources with nothing, but to do that you need lot of money and influence over there. If you are poor*** you might as well just move on.

Sure equal in terms of killing.
A person hunting animals for food is a killer.

but it shouldn't be wrong to a kill a criminal that took a few innocent lives.
A threat should be taken out before anyone get killed.

A regular crime/criminal, I wouldn't do anything rash, just let the legal system handle it.
If the criminal did something crazy like rape, torture and murder my wife/daughter/son, I'd definitely try to kill that mother****er at some point, though I'd obviously come to my senses and not do it.
If something crazy like that happened the inmates would kill the offender for me anyways.

Question doesn't make any sense to me since killing sometimes involves justice like in the area of war or for righteous cause against a terrorist or maniac. Also, your form of justice might not be the same as everyone else's justice. The very concept of justice is vague since it involves everyones own interpretations of correctness.

My take on this isn't too complicated. If you take a life purposefully then it's only fitting that your life should end as well. I see no other way around it, and I don't like the idea of a murderer getting a chance to keep on living.

When it comes to rapists and pedophiles, I don't feel like they should die because they didn't necessarily take any lives, but they do deserve the life of prison for a very long time.

Revenge is a tricky topic, but it is understandable to a degree. You better bet your ass that if someone took the life of someone that I care about very much that I would want them dead in a heartbeat. I never understood that process of "If I kill this person for revenge then that makes me as bad as them" mentality. That bastard should have never took a life away from me, so why can't I be the one to end his life? Is it selfish?

It really depends on the specific crime involved but most of the time I only go for killing if the person has killed a person or an abundant amount of people.

Restorative justice. I prefer people to be held fully accountable and to understand the pain and suffering that they have caused to their victim(s). I would want them to want to make things better after knowing and regretting the harm they have caused. However, I acknowledge that this might not always be possible...

Depends on the situation/crime. Either wouldn't faze me. I'm content with that some people in the world just want to watch the world burn and in my honest opinion justice doesn't do it enough for that person to pay for their crimes. That's just me though.

As a Criminal Justice student, the criminal must go to prison after being sentenced. But I do have to agree that if the criminal was found guilty for murdering or molesting/raping or committing capital murder WITH SOLID EVIDENCE, they should be executed.

However, I also believe all pedophiles who have been found guilty with solid evidence, they should be castrated.
