More battle Exp and forced growth due to constant war kinda like the people in the walking dead tv show would have increased conditioning and stats.

He would also have bigger and more potent Chakra honed from all those battles which increases stats , evidenced by his earlier showings with hashirama.

But both would stem better results and madara did both , so his conditioning and stats were surely higher just as sasukes would've likely been if he survived through wat madara did as a kid only kid madara was poratyed much more naturally gifted and strong for his age.
