I have mastered all of A rank sensei with Korra but couldn't master my clans techniques due to my rank at the time.
Two for me to teach you, then.

(Jinjū Kongō Henge: Santōrō) Human Beast Mixture Transformation: Three-Headed Wolf
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 40 (-15 per turn)
Damage: N/A (+20 to Inuzuka Techniques)
Description:
This technique is a specialty of the Inuzuka clan, following the principles of the clan's use of ninken partners. After creating a shadow clone, the user fuses with this clone and their ninken companion into a gigantic, three-headed wolf. This drastically increases their size and power (their physical melee attacks, even in freeform, gain a B-Rank strength), whilst also gaining them sharp claws and canine teeth. In their direct attacks, they demonstrate considerable efficiency. Furthermore, using techniques in addition to this gives birth to an extraordinary destructive power as the combined transformation far exceeds the power of other known transformations. While very taxing to sustain, the technique boosts the damage of all Inuzuka techniques and bestows a B-Rank defense against most types of Ninjutsu techniques and even Genjustu.
Note: Can only be used by Inuzuka bios with the help of their Ninken and a Shadow Clone
Note: Must have used Shadow Clone before to create at least one clone.
Note: Lasts 5 turns

Describe the technique, its advantages and disadvantages. Then perform it, please. Consider when, if ever, you'd use this in battle and why.

Cool. The advantages to this technique is that it gives a passive boost to damage and and defense allowing the user to focus solely on offense provided the attack is B-rank or below. Another is essentially an immunity to genjutsu again provided it is at B-rank or below but still genjutsu can prove both annoying and very difficult to break unless you have a companion or can damage yourself. Since the last advantage could be considered part of the first one another advantage is how long the boosts last which gives the user a advantage for a good chunk of the duel/spar/battle.

The downsides to this technique are that you must have created a clone before using it meaning that this could be prevented or would essentially count as two turns out of the allowed three. Another is that this always requires a shadow clone and with every use it could be assumed that you will have to refresh your clone jutsu or at the very least you can't use any strong elemental jutsu since most require hand signs which cannot be used due to the transformation giving the user paws instead of hands which aren't capable of weaving such complicated things.

This is a technique in which three people become one essentially. It is a move where the user, his ninken, and a clone become a single entity with heightened abilities far surpassing those of a single Inuzuka in four-legged technique. This allows the user to be immune to genjutsu due to it being more than one person as well as have boosted defense due to the fur being hardened by presumably chakra and claws sharpened further as well as hardened by chakra. It is essentially one big buff that comes at the cost of two moves.

However I am wondering if this can be combined with the ninjutsu combination transformation technique, because then you could use all abilities while still having the boosts making it a great starter to battle?

After asking his question he then creates a clone of himself to his right a foot away, splitting his chakra in half. Once done they join their ninken before focusing chakra all around them in tandem before a cloud of smoke appears around them to hide the transformation for the most part. As the smoke appears you can see the three of them slowly get closer and closer together while the chakra alters it properties before the smoke blocks the view of the real combining happens. After the smoke clears a Cerberus looking dog 20 ft in height and 10 in width steps from the smoke with bright white fur and Rib bones that appear to be pressed against the skin similar to Nicor, his ninken, except there is two more heads with black and yellow eyes.

Starts to speak but thinking it sounds weird he undoes the transformation before speaking in his human form.

I would either use this at the beginning of the match to allow myself time as well as the give me the buff from the start of the match to give me the advantage. Or when the opponent is busy with something else or is blinded by either hidden mist jutsu or a lightning tehcnique that blinds the opponent. All of them for the same reasons plus this allows me peace of mind since I no longer have to constantly protect Nicor in the meantime while I battle one of the few weaknesses we Inuzuka have.

It can't be used with the combination transformation technique the way you're thinking of... or at all...
BUT your analysis of the technique is solid. The transformation is pretty good, even if the B-rank immunity against Gen will just have your opponent use A-ranks, but it takes a lot to initiate. Use it at an opportune time, but don't work towards using it with all your might. You will be disappointed.

(Ooiga Gatenga) Tail Chasing Fang Fang Rotating Fang
Type: Offensive
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description:
After transforming alongside a shadow clone and ninken into a single three-headed, gigantic animal thanks to the Human Beast Mixture Transformation: Three-Headed Wolf technique, the user has their body roll at a ferocious speed towards the enemy, as if chasing after their own tail. The ultra-violent rotation created can tear through multiple enemies, rending them apart with just the slightest touch or obliterate solid obstacles with ease.
Note: Can only be used by Inuzuka Clan members after using the Human Beast Mixture Transformation: Three-Headed Wolf technique

Repeat what you did with the last technique.

It is a technique that utilizes the three-headed wolf technique to it's fullest potential. The user along with their clone and ninken will use their increased speed and power to begin to spin at a much greater speed in a circle effectively creating a tornado of sorts that both protects the user and attacks the target or the enemies techniques if needed.

The advantages of this move is described in my description of this technique but still it can be used to defend the user or attack due to the properties of this technique. The second advantage is that it can be used all the way into long range as well as the direction can be controlled making it hard to dodge leaving the opponent at a disadvantage.

The disadvantages are that it essentially requires two moves since the user still requires the three-headed wolf transformation. Another is that this moves prep is as you stated something that has to be worked for and can only be used if given time.

After speaking he then splits his chakra in half before molding a physical copy of himself to his left before calling his ninken over to his right side. Once done he and his clone focuses chakra around the group of three before altering it to transform them into a three-headed wolf which is covered by a cloud of smoke. Once done they crouch down ,digging into the earth, focusing chakra into their paws before releasing it all at once sending the crumbled ground beneath their feet flying as they begin to charge while spinning inwards towards their left side. Due to the speed strong winds begin to form around them as they move forward. Upon reaching a tree, about 10 feet away from the starting point, the newly formed winds around them tear the tree apart sending the shrapnel in every direction as they continue on for several feet before starting to get dizzy and somewhat tired before they jump into the air while cancelling the jutsu so that they spin a couple more times before landing with a relatively loud thump.

I don't know how you ninken find this fun but I can see that it can be powerful.

Scratches behind his ninken's ear while cancelling the clone jutsu sending him away with a poof noise along with a cloud of smoke.
