Air palm is simply a high speed palm thrust , before sakura has the time to lift her arm and bring it down to punch the ground she would've already been shot by Air palm and blitzed afterwards since neji's super speed palm thrust is much faster than the speed at which sakura can strike the ground which also disrupts her Los.xd

The fact that neji has been hit mutiple time despite his 360 feild vision , and Sakura has only every been hit purposely put her above him, neji won't get the proper footing to attack Sakura, because she won't allow it. It's stupid to think Sakura will just stand there, sakuras chakra control is faster than anything neji can do, Neji will lose.
