Can Sasuke and Madara use Izanagi spam like the un-nerfed UChihas?

The consequence of using Izanagi is losing eyesight, and consequently can only be used by the sharingan this Madara cannot use it, even edos aren't immune as shown with itachi using Izanami. While edo Madara switched between rinnegan and sharingan keep in mind ue was using inauthentic eyes and his real rinnegan cannot do that not that he needs his sharingan since he can still use susano. Sasuke can't spam it because he'd lose his eyesight. There's no exceptions listed in Izanami or Izanagi. Now if a clone used izabagi or izabami would the blindness go back to the owner? But that's an entirely different discussion and/or possibility.

100% agree. There are limits to what they can do even with that chakra multiplier.

Uchihas could t spam Izanagi when ever they wanted, they needed other requirements first otherwise Danzo wouldn't need hashi's tissue to use it and Kakashi could've been able to do it himself. You just ignored the obvious, Izanagi is the Sage's ability and they have the Sage's eyes. Sasuke can use it but not spam it, he will just temporarily lose his eye powers like he did when travelling to Kaguya's dimensions

No you ignoring the fact that the sages Yin and Yang powers are in the SEALS not his eyes.

Izanagi was created by Uchiha. Creation of all Things is the Sages exclusive technique.

And you just ignored that Sharingan don't have magical seals like most of you assume, Itachi was being metaphorical not literal. Eyes lose their eyesight because they perform a feat meant to be used with Sage's power, it has nothing to do with a seal in their brain.

Sage chakra restored eyesight in Madara's eyes which just proved they the effects are not permanent. Izanagi was created by Uchiha but derived form Hagoromo's ability to use Yin-Yang which all Rinnegan users have. Sasuke has Hagoromo's power therefore can use a genjutsu that was meant to be used by someone with his eye power.

You cannot use Izanagi in an eye more than once. Thats why Madara nor Sasuke used it despite being on the verge of losing or death. Whether Rinnegan or Sharingan.

Izanagi is an Uchiha tech derived from the Sages original Creation of All Things jutsu which utilizes the height of his Yin/Yang elemental powers. His Yin/Yang powers are in his sun/moon seals. Naruto demonstrated this three times with his sun seal. And Sasuke's Six Paths chakra is actually in his moon seal.

Who the hell said sealing techniques. The Uchihas dont have the power of the sage so they created a bootleg versian with Izanagi. Sealing their eyes. COAT is used with Hagos Sun/Moon seals on his hands.

You still can only use Izanagi once per eye even with Hashirama cells. Even with EMS.

Hashi cells unable danzo to use izanagi, the fact that he couldn't control the kekkai genkai just made him use an incomplete version.
