Actually Taijutsu is the best option. She would just need a team backing her. If she had a good team(like team gai) and full chakra she'd put up a good fight and they can win.

She was badly weakened from Pain's Shinra Tensei. She tanked the debris and the spot where she was at was hit hard. She used up a lot of chakra by using the Remote Transfer Healing and basically she was weakened to the point where she would fall instantly. Naruto had to take over and show his SM powers.

When she fought Madara she had much more stamina at using the Byakugou which is why she didn't fall into a coma for the 2nd time. She had healed from it's effects.

She was supposed to be she plot fainted because kishi was going to end the manga. she was going to win too. I think Naruto was supposed to fight nagato. Because tsunade is smarter than jiraya and she doesn't need safe mode to attack at monsterous levels
