If we were to scale it with Hago being a 10, Kaguya would be a 18.5, Naruto/Sasuke(7.5 or above) separately, and finally a score of 15 when together.

Just because someone is compared to something doesn't mean they're equal, its just a comparison. Alone Sasuke could probably face off with the sage for a short while, but with Naruto they easily overpowers him, yet they are still just under Kaguya.

EDIT: Not saying the sage gave them 75/80% of his power, that's impossible, I'm saying the sage using 75% of his power would equal their full out put.

Sasuke's rinnegan prowess is probably around that of Hagoromo's. I will give you that. I wouldn't say however, that Sasuke over all is as strong as Hagoromo. Hagoromo had rinnegan, RSM, the juubi itself and both rikudou seals. Sasuke has rinnegan and EMS (and he temporarily had the six paths yin seal), but that is not enough to compensate for the things that Hagoromo had that Sasuke lacks.

On a side note: Full power Rikudou Madara (w/ both rinnegan and rinne sharingan) > Sasuke

Calling Sasuke fans fanboys because you have no response to counter my argument, typical SB hater. Sasuke's Rinnegan is more advanced than Hagoromo's because it consists of Indra + Hagoromo's chakra instead of Indra + Ashura.

Hagoromo's eyes don't give the ability to travel through dimensions that's the fact. Sasuke can do so because his tomoe Rinnegan is a premature RinneSharingan.
