Because he made about 10 threads in the span of a half hour or so probably. And he was told in each thread he had to stop. It's a kinda weird rule I think and I don't speak multiple languages. I mean did it really hurt any of us here that he was typing in Russian? I know it didn't to me, the few times I was interested in what he said I translated it and the rest I ignored.
