This rumor is talking about 25 people who got injured by irritant gas, used by the police. But no one got injured by the dude with the gun. It's possible that he had only an alarm gun. But "Bild" is talking about an explosive belt and a grenade that were found, allegedly.

I guess we just have to wait for more information. This seems a bit fishy imo.
