So either India awakened the rinnegan and create these six paths jutsu or people from Kaguya home had came earth with rinnegan and Indra, Ashura or hago's students had fought them and learned more about the rinnegan.

Well hold on... Madara learned all rinnegan jutsu from the tablet. Black Zetsu rewrote the tablet. Meaning that Kaguya invented all these six path jutsu.

Kaguya must've fought her own people with the rinnegan serval times before. Don't forget that she created dimensions.

Black Zetsu tempted Indra, he never awoken the Rinnegan, so he decided to continue this practice among their descendants to no avail until Madara broke that barrier. Kaguya being too scared to fight Momoshiki by herself and needed an army itself says that she never did anything of the sort and honestly the whole thing is a stretch. The Six Paths jutsu comes with having that Rikudo chakra, what there to invent?

Hago used COAT to create the 9 beats from the Juubi. He formed the ninjutsu through Yin Yang release. There were no other Rinnegan users otherwise BZ wouldn't have to go through such a hard time finding potential with Madara who came centuries later.
