But it makes sense, stronger eyes = stronger eye abilities

For example, MS genjutsu is stronger than 3T genjutsu and Sasuke's EMS gave him the ability to read JJ Obito's movement without any trouble

It's not a crazy theory, it's just not supported by fact.

As for precognition I dont think so. It seems to peek at 3tomoe than your expertise and skill improves this function.
Ms Sasuke couldnt keep up with Raikage or make predictions(before images). So I doubt it improves precog.

It definately improves Genjutsu of course as stated by Kakashi with his first bout against Itachi.

Well MS Sasuke couldn't follow V2 Raikage but EMS Sasuke kept up with JJ Obito. So more upgrades does improve precog.

He evaded his elbow and attempted to pierce his chest. But when he failed to go right through A, A used that opportunity to grab Sasuke and use his Raiga bomb. Besides that, Sasuke fought with susanoo up and susanoo slows the user down without it having legs.

It also awakens a much stronger chakra which boost all Physical and Ninjutsu stats.

2t evolving into 3T also gives stronger chakra to a lesser scale. This is why sasuke said that his body was the same as when he's using CM , So the boost gained from 3T is implied bein a boost in chakra similar to CM1 so just imagin MS and EMS to Rinnegan.
