Gathering all of that NE is one thing and handling it is another. I can ask you the same on how Sasuke took control of the bijuus using Rinnegan.

Sasuke had to take control and capture the Tailed-Beast. Sasuke had to control the Chakra he took from the Tailed-Beast himself. That took skill.

Naruto have Kurama gather Chakra/NE for him. That take literally no effort/skill whatsoever.
