Hashirama is the weakest incarnate , Madara is the strongest ...................

As we know , Hagorom's sons , Indra and Asura has 4 incarnates , two in each generation , Hashirama , Madara , Naruto , and Sasuke .

As stated by the manga , prime Hashirama was stronger than Madara at the time when Konohagakure was founded

However , Madara managed to awaken the rinnegan when he was old , and used it for his '' Eye of the moon plan ''
later Madara was revived weaker than his VOTE self . however he managaed to take back his rinnegan and with sage mode he surpassed Hashirama .
And then he became the jinchuuriki of the juubi , and he became the strongest incarnate .

- Naruto after just moments from obtaining his new power , was stated that he surpassed the Hokages , and after mastering his powers , he became much much stronger .
- Sasuke is = Naruto , manga fact , so the same can be said about Sasuke
Sasuke >>>>>>> the previous Hokages , and that includes Hashiarama the incarnation of Asura

- Naruto , Sasuke , Madara , all obtained the power of the six paths , the Rinnegan , and the Rikudou chakra and Rikudou senjutsu
- Hashirama didn't obtain the power of the six paths
so if we rank the incarnates , it'll be like this :

Keep in mind that the only way for the other 3 to surpass Hashirama was to get power ups that didn't belong to them.
Sasuke got Hashi's cells along with Hagoromo's chakra
Naruto got the tailed beasts chakra and Hagoromo's chakra
Madara got Hashi's cells, Hagoromo's chakra, and the juubi
Without them Hashirama is far above them.

Technically true albeit hashi was the only without rikudo chakra and those who surpassed him had it or some power up not directly their descendant's power, such as the rinnegan.

Hashirama and Naruto are not the only two Ashura incarnates. Indra and Ashura were born far more than only ~200 years ago. Black Zetsu himself said that he went to multiple incarnates in order to try and awaken the Rinnegan, but nothing worked until Madara.

Indra and Ashura had far more incarnates than Madara Naruto Sasuke and Hashirama. 2. Naruto, Sasuke and Madara got powerups from external sources to be able to surpass Hashirama while, Hashirama never wanted to/never got the chance.

If they were all put down only to the power they gained by themselves however, Hashirama would easily be able to take all three of them out. I think that is worth something.

Besides , Hashirama didn't exactlly '' work '' for his power , he was born with a magical body and cells , and the ability to control wood , no ?

I know, I never said otherwise, but you cannot deny that if we are to only take into consideration what these three characters could achieve borrowing power from no one but themselves, Hashirama is easily the one who gets the farthest.
