Because EMS gives him greater pre-cog, and in the War Arc his speed drastically increased, War Arc Sasuke would murder Killer B in a sword fight

hey jackass, the title says swordsman... not who would win in a fight. precong doesnt have anything to do with swordsmanship. if you take away everything from sasuke and bee except their swordsmanship B rapes his *******. Mangetsu imo is the best since he mastered all 7 swords. Killer B and Mifune are up there. Sasuke could beat all 3 in a sword fight but in my opinion the other 3 have better skill/technique.
