Seems you need to stop mixing fanfics with canon. Sasuke cannot teleport anywhere he pleases. His S/T is instant though his range is also limited. In a race against Naruto, he'd lose.

His range was limited when fighting Madara but that was because he was inexperienced with the Rinnegan. He can easily travel a longer distance and range doesn't change the fact he's the fastest. Instant travel > foot speed

He wouldn't lose in a race because all he has to do is use Ameno repeatedly. Even with a head start Naruto couldn't get ahead

Lel these Naruto fans are delusional if they think Naruto is the strongest and the fastest. Being the strongest mean without equal, Sasuke is Naruto's equal. Kaguya Hagoromo JJ Madara and possibly Hamura are stronger. Sasuke is faster because he's instant. Gai is most likely faster with 8 gates too.

I'd imagine RSM/9 Bijuu cloak being 10 times that.

Sure it'd depend how long the race is, though the longer it is, the more it will be in Naruto's favor and if it's a short race, Sasuke with Ameno has a greater chance.

In any case, it all depends on range. In the long run, Naruto is the fastest. In dashes/considerably closer distances, Sasuke has a bigger advantage due to Ameno.

If his range had no limits, then I'd agree with you, but that's not the case.

Well feat wise, Naruto is physically stronger than Sasuke. Naruto, in sage mode, was capable of lifting an enormous Rhino. That's at least a ton or more. Now considering that VOTE 2 Naruto is significantly and exponentially stronger than Pain Arc SM Naruto in terms of physical strength, VOTE 2 Naruto should be able to lift mountains with little to no effort, either using his own bare hands (which I doubt is possible) or the Kurama Avatar. However, Sasuke has no such feat in Manga or even Anime. Sasuke is factually faster than Naruto though, seeing how he can travel an instant speed. Instant meaning that he can cover any distance he would like in the same and constant fraction of a second. That means that if he wanted to get from Konoha to Kumo, it would take him the same fraction of time that it would take him to get from the earth to the moon. The same exact fraction. Maybe 1/100 of a second, but we don't really know how fast an instant is. Greater and more constant than the speed of light, that is for sure. However, I believe that where he can teleport is only limited to the range of his eyes sight. He can only switch places with things that he can see, and if he can't see a rock on the moon then he can't switch places with it in order to teleport to the moon. So even if his distance isn't limited, his range is. Albeit he can probably just use dimensional travel.

Your post fails the moment you realize Naruto is ashura incarnate and possess Sage Mode and Rikudou Sage Mode. Also as an Uzumaki, Naruto's life force is strong.

But I didn't mean physically stronger I meant overall. There is 3 possibly 4 others stronger than him.
