Well, Kurama was sealed on him when he was just a kid, which combined with his strong chakra from being an Uzumaki allowed him to adapt so well. I'm going on a limb here, but sealing a massive ammounts of demonic chakra which has proven to be corrosive on a fully grown adult won't work as well as it did with Naruto since his body grew to be adapted to this kind of power.

Sakura is someone who has a lot of chakra in her body. That's it. She might be Senju, but as long as that's a "might", we can't take it into account. Her chakra is not even that special or powerful, its just there in great ammounts, but looking at it, that's all she has.
