Nope, I am right. There is no feat of Sasuke doing this without Biju Susano'o, so you're not in a position to claim otherwise. Regardless if the chakra isn't directly inside his own body, he is capable of using it for his own techniques, because it is a part of his Susano'o.

What? Susano'o isn't used as a medium in order to use Ameno, but his Rinnegan is which is not impacted by the Bijuu's Chakra in any way.
