Sasuke + Byakugan = OP'd AMaterasu Heat Vision?

Byakugan lets you see within a persons body kind of like x ray vision.

If Sasuke had the Byakugan he would have Amaterasu heat vision on supermans level and can simply incinerate someones brain by looking at them.

That's not how it works, Sharingan has x-ray vision and can see chakra yet Amaterasu never ignited in someone's body, it only ignites on the object not inside it.

Here, Sasuke and Naruto are encased in solid ice. If Amaterasu didn't spawn at a single point, Sasuke's amaterasu would have burnt a path before reaching Sasuke's hand. But it didn't. It spawned where Sasuke had focused, his hand.
