Can Mifune prevent Itachi from weaving hand siqns from 10m?

But reacting to >=< bein able to complete the siqns since by simply reacting to mifunes strike , the hand siqn process would get interupted which is the point.

Sasuke's 3T Sharingan was able to react to his movements which means that he will wield signs faster than Mifune's strike. Mifune can't prevent anything.

If Kakashi or Sasuke couldn't keep track, Mifune can't get anywhere near him. Itachi's reflexes are faster than a blink of an eye.

Huh? The purpose of the eyes is to read fast movements. If it can't keep up to said feat but was able to another feat then the former is faster than the ladder. The only exception would be multiple non linear speed like KB swords but has more to do with negging precog than tracking. Idk where the **** kidgamer at, he knows how all this feat comparison shit works lol

Depends on what jutsu Itachi is going to use but I doubt Mifune can cross 10 m that fast.
