Which is the stronger one Rasengan vs Chidori

Chidori was stronger than he Rasengan in Part 1. When CM 2 Sasuke used it against KN1 Naruto who used the Rasengan he won.

In Part 2 they are practically equal. Base Chidori = Base Rasengan.

I don't look at the damage that each of the techniques did to the tank, I look at what it did against each other.

Depends how many power-ups are pumped into each of them. Also, Rasengan has no elemental affinity in its base or Bijuudama state, whereas Chidori variants are all Lightning style; this can be good or bad.

Ok, even if the Rasengan hit him he would still get back up unlike Naruto because if a Chidori pierces somebody there are as good as dead but luckily for Naruto he has a very high stamina so he'd survive. Didn't Kabuto get up after taking that Rasengan to the stomach if he can do it so can Sasuke.

It wouldn't matter if he hit him in the stomach because like Kabuto he would be able to get up and would still win.

Kabuto did it via Medical Ninjutsu, something Sasuke doesn't have at this disposal. Sasuke was also much weaker than Kabuto at the time, so just because Kabuto did it doesn't mean he could.

What?, Kakashi stated that naruto's rasengan could've potentially killed sasuke. Sasuke isn't tanking a rasengan and getting back up.

The only reason kabuto was able to stand back up was because he healed some of the damage he took from naruto's rasengan but couldn't heal it completely because it did to much damage.

Both have different purposes. Chidori is for piercing and Rasengan is brute force. You can't say which one is stronger.
