So Madara had access to all the abilities of every shinobi caught in the dream yet kishi made sure he could never use them ?

Just to further more give naruto and sasuke a chance

The BS and nerf is real Madara could have used gaaras abilities tsunade A killer bee shikamaru orochimaru konohamuru (cause he knows rasengan)
He got Gai and lee so he could use the gates etc.!! And if that extends to kekkei he could use Byakugan Uzumaki chakra chains etc.

Sheesh kishi be trolling when he made Madara too strong

Technically speaking since he's a host of the ten-tails and would absorb their chakra, he'd get access to their bloodline limits (except physical ones like the Sharingan).
