Basic Speed Question

Probably been drove into the ground but have no idea how to find old threads. Currently writing fanfiction and am trying to get the feel that travel time is an actual factor in the story. Most stories would just say things like, they ran for a few days and made it to their destination, not a fan of that. Upon a bit of research, found someone write post about a basic estimation on the size of the continent based off a few of the later chapters. I am now realizing that information is completely useless to me because I have no idea how fast an average shinobi can travel by foot. Not walking speed, but dashing or just general shinobi running speed. I am trying to find times where they actually traveled and how long it took, but there is usually something that happens that slows them down drastically or would render the info kinda useless. Anyone have any basic info laying around I would appreciate it. Even just a better way to find it would be great.

Once in Naruto, Guy said "he made it from the land of fire to the land of wind (look at map) in less than 24 hours". Based on that, he should be able to run like 240 miles per hour, if he'd tried, that's like speed of a Lamborghini. No powers ups included, this means no sage, flying raijin, lightning armor, or eight gates.

I have been trying to get as detailed distances as i could and going from distance i guessed for Konoha to Suna, read in manga it is established about a 3 day trip, guessed that to be about 24000 km, assuming the guess was made for them to never take a brake, they were averaging close to 207 mph... With the guy example, where was he starting in land of fire and where did he end in land of wind... He was talking to lee about making it to Suna in about a day, lee said half a day, assuming lee is just trying to build hype and was not a realistic guess, I could imagine them both still being able to make it in one day... Those are also the two fastest shinobi in the village... Only problem I have with that, is wave mission would have taken almost a year at walking speed... They would have had to carry Tanzuna most of the way for them to have not aged in the slightest or at least make it back for chunin exam...

Average ninja take 4 days to run across a desert and leave their area. So you could assume at least cruising speed in a car so maybe 30-40 mph.

Also you are trying to hard for a Fanfiction that at best 10 maybe 20 people are going to read. So ask yourself why do this.

First story has 76k views but not really important to why I want to write the story... Also where in the desert are they traveling to and from? Is that Suna to the edge of the desert that takes 4 days? Conflicts with, I think Baki and Lady Chiyo saying would take 3 days for a team to get from Konoha to Suna
