No they're not, Sharingan isn't able to see chakra points like Byakugan so Indra can't use gentle fist. And the ability to use Juken is unique to Hamura's lineage not Hagoromo's.

We keep saying that Sharingan can't see Chakra Pathways. What Sasuke is seeing is his Blood Vessels filled with microscopic Explosive Clay.
