Sasuke Dimension portal jutsu can be use offensively

Sasuke s/t dimension jutsu is very much similar to ObitolsKamu,both can use their portal to teleport object,people and themselve to other location.Obito portal was able to use offensively by cutting off gedo mazo limbs,and also the Kaguya jubi form (in different occasion).

Obito Kamui was able to cut oponent body parts by traping and closing the portal gate on them.Sasuke can also adapt this method and simply cut of anyone that oppose him head ,low difficulty.This offensive dimension jutsu have not limitation who it can disect,this mean the hardest/strongest defense will be break down while the dimesion close.

Sasuke's portals are just that, portals. He has to compose himself to open them and he can only keep them open as long as he has the chakra to maintain it. Kaguya and Obito can openly dimension hope. Sasuke trapping them wouldn't happen.

Sasuke can't open portals that easily and doesn't have much control over where they open and such he just pours a ton of chakra into his rinnegan and a portal opens a few feet in from of him temporarily. They seem to be more like teleportation gates rather than Window-like portals also.

Yes while he's busy casting it someone would kick him from behind and falls into is own dimension, then opens another portal to come back. So he wasted his chakra twice now he needs a recharge.
