Naruto is a demi God and the role of Hokage wears him down lol, the flaw in your post is that you seem to think having unmatched power guarantees that you can do all things that don't require that power. I will however agree that Sasukes prestige grants him influence and the ability to do things that other people cannot but at the same time having that much power doesn't mean he's over qualified for any "normal occupation"..

But I see him as a security advisor, even though the world he lives in is at peace.

I agree however I never said he would be underqualified, you see in a society such as konoha public opinion is very crucial to how the village is run. Therefore even in a society where there is no violence people would be aware that Sasuke has helped saved the world in the past and in their eyes he probably wouldn't belong in a mediocre position so to speak, because most people love to brand others as they see fit. Now Sasuke would probably be seen as someone capable of very technical and crucial thinking also his intellectuallity would sooner or later become obvious to other citizens, which is why i say he would be better of protect the village rather than fitting in to the village.
