Here are some of the true villains that I will demonstrate as chess pieces representing as Black Knight!!!
KING
Kuro Zetsu
The King, The most important piece, The protected one, The only one that can stand last! The weak yet controls everything. The weak yet solos everyone! Represent authority and focus point.
In the naruto verse, there are alot of villains that are far stronger than Zetsu! But as we all know he planned everything. As the carrier of Kaguya will. He created the Shinobi History and he's the author of Naruto the Series who recorded EVERYTHING!
He's the TRUE MASTERMIND who manipulated everyone as his puppet. If it wasn't for him, Kaguya would never be revive.
He did everything slowly. Just like how King moves. Placing all the pieces together he made the first move of everything.
QUEEN
Kaguya Ootsutski
The Queen, The strongest of all pieces, The light of the King, The mother of all pieces. As The strongest of all pieces, The Queen has unlimited potential. Represents unlimited power and strength.
Kaguya Ootsutski, mother of all chakra and to two sons, Hagoromo and Hamura. If you put into a perspective, she is the strongest Naruto Character! Her immense chakra, power and speed is unparalleled. But she has her flaws. A Queen once in a while gets beaten. Kaguya was evil, en-fueled by her anger that she was sealed by her own sons. But even so, she created something that would make sure she comes back again.

The Akatsuki
The pawns, usually the first move. A very important piece that helps both the defense and offense. Once it reaches the end it could turn into a stronger piece. Represents a new beginning.
The Akatsuki organization is the first step on successfully reviving Kaguya. Forming in to two they would efficiently over powered the tailed beasts and their Jiinchiruki. Every member in the Akatsuki are fearsome and strong characters that could stand against anyone. They all have different personalities that really compliments their organization.

Madara Uchiha
The Knight, A piece that could do a move that the Queen cannot. A piece that has his own move. Represents intelligence and strength. Madara Uchiha is the shining Knight who is the catalyst to the King.
Madara Uchiha always sought after peace. He would talk about it with Hashirama in their own brotherly days. But they didn't have the same views in achieving peace. He ended up being manipulated by Zetsu without knowing. He was played with but despite that he is one of the strongest and most difficult villain Naruto ever faced.
His intelligence and experience is what made him more difficult to defeat than the Great Kaguya. Madara wasn't able to achieve what he wanted. In the end, he question himself.

BISHOP
Obito Uchiha
The Bishop moves only on-one color. It can be either be the black or the white. The Bishop represents loyalty to one emotions.
Obito Uchiha wasn't really supposed to take the Dark diagonal path but was blinded by his emotion and madness. He was blinded by the truth of the world. And so he chose the Dark path who portrayed himself as Nobody but Madara!
Obito was once a good person who has the same dream as Naruto. Obito sees Naruto in him and that led him back to the right path... BUT it was too late. Although going to the dark path he died standing on the White Path.

The Rook, moves straight and side and vise versa. Can annihilate anything on its north, east south and west. He was the result that took the Fourth Great Ninja War another huge turn of event. At that time, Kabuto poses the greatest threat to Obito and even put stop to Zetsu Plan by simply controlling Madara at his own if it wasn't by some misfortunate who was stopped by Itachi and Sasuke.
Kabuto was the only character that wasn't directly related to the chain of events. He played the least factor to Zetsu but he happens to be the separate cause that was being used upon reviving Madara corpse and joined force with Obito while using his own division EDO Army as his puppet.
I put Kabuto in the Rook position because if he didn't help and edo tensei the hell out of everybody the plan would'n't work, Madara would never be revived and the Juubi Plan Operation would've failed easily.
