He doesn't use it because his ego restricts him from using the same feats as Naruto, it's the same reason we never see him use shadow clones or Rasengan when he has the skill to do so.

As a transmigrant Sasuke has the body to learn Sage Mode, he just doesn't have the body to master the use of NE to the same extent as Naruto. But having said that, he definitely has the chakra levels to use it better than Pain arc Naruto.
