Yes - and no...depends what you want to edit. A new option to vote can be added, the results could be made visible or hidden etc. Some other options had to be chosen the first time you post, and cannot be edited.

Making poll public as in meaning 'make it visible'?

The results seem to be already visible in the thread you linked.

If by any chance you mean make votes to be public( the names of the people voting)- sorry that cannot be done once the poll is posted.
