At what point did Naruto surpass Itachi?

Naruto was decisively above him with Bijuu Mode, but KCM Naruto certainly wasn't on Itachi's level. Itachi hard-countered all of Nagato's abilities, easily reacted to SM Kabuto's attacks that Initial EMS Sasuke could not and Initial EMS Sasuke was KCM Naruto's peer, and is easily tactically superior and more experienced than KCM Naruto is.

Decisively above him in terms of what besides raw power that can always be blocked. I mean i see Naruto overwhelming him with the help of clones but reflex wise Itachi has what it takes to take everything Naruto throws at him then there's the Genjutsu issue. He might be more powerful but it doesn't necessarily mean he is superior.

Raw Power is mostly the reason why he wins. Itachi can't really defend against BM Naruto's Physical Strength or Bijuudamas.
