If you're talking about mind reading he can do that with Human Path but even then he doesn't require it because Sharingan genjutsu can force people to tell the truth.

Solo had his thread title changed by Caliburn to "I hump Sasuke's leg for attention" once, so you can imagine the quality of his threads.

Human Path does that. The Human path was able to read off of Shizune's soul so Sasuke can do the same since he has all 6 Paths. He can read their souls and then extract them causing them to die.
