Rinne Sharingan Madara is 3rd. Tenseingan or not he simply wins with IT. Hamura has no counter And Tenseigan didn't give him a chakra boost like the Juubi did with his bro. Its just a chakra mode that allows him to use some more abilities. Didn't say that he is not strong though.
