This is Old Whitebeard.
Can he take them all at once?
All are aiming to win.
Takes place on a neutral battleground.

Marco, Jozu and Vista wins. It'll be even easier with heart attacks.

The trio obviously win mid-high diff
Even prime Whitebeard would lose to this trio, albeit with very high difficulty

Marco won't be damaging WB all that much, Jozu does most the damage, Vista probably dies in the middle of all the clashing. Unless he focuses solely on surviving I don't see him surviving this.

Due to WB's health he loses, Marco should be able to last long enough, to stall this. A drawn out battle favours the trio.

Hell no.

He's right. Prime WB and old WB had generally the same amount of power(his power was never stated to have decreased). The problem with old WB was that his physical health was at such a low, that his body couldn't keep up with this power for it to be as effective as his youth.

A Quake from old WB would be about the same from young WB, young WB would just be able to use more of them without problem on a more consistent basis. Admirals have shown to be able to clash and match his power, and the members of that trio have been shown to be able to clash with Admirals.

That would mean that each one of them would be able to contend with WB's power and push him. Two of them would be able to push him even further, and probably defeat him. A third one just stacks the math in their favor even more. Each of them are already in his general level, add three of those, and you'll have an edge away from WB.

Never said anything about his DF power. These gnats will hardly be able to faze a Prime WB, what do they have to offer? Attacks that couldn't even make Akainu flinch while attacking together?

WB's haki was mad suspect in MF due to him being old and sick. I don't even think these guys can hurt Prime WB.

Marco has close to zero offense for a top tier. Vista proved to have something along the lines of Marco. Only Jozu packs some punch, you think that would be enough to kill a Prime Whitebeard without any health issues? Not a chance in hell.

They fall before WB does, no doubt about it. They lack the offensive power to end WB before he ends them with his quakes.

Akainu owned Marco and the comanders. Prime WB would beat them as well.

But akainu was able to deflect 2 of the 3 of them no diff .... Maybe once we see more feats but whitebeard could quake the hell out of thier standing space ... Vista Marco most likely dodges... Jozu however would prob gal through the dubree into the water ... (Mainford plCd he falls through ice)

Then it's just a fight with the two threats

So I think whitebeard would eventually get Jozu and Marco doesn't have enough damage output to put him down

So I'd go with whitebeard high diff

Don't get me wrong he would get hit but not to crazy degree of akainu who again swatted them away like flies

Feats didn't do them justice yeah, but i'm basing things on portrayal
When you look at the current standing of people around the same general level, guys like Vista, Jozu and Marco should be ranging between city and island level of destructive capacity and durability, and Vista has the range and lethality between his flying sword slashes or attacks, alongside the regenerative capabilities Marco possess and Jozu's diamond defense, which imo is deadly in a 3way team even for Whitebeard. Though i neglected the fact that Whitebeard's offensive power is above even normal top tiers, so i may have exaggerated with that bottom statement
