I actually have an answer! Letting him master Sage Mode instantly. Minato says he's not very good with Sage Mode, but he also has the same perfect sage mode as Naruto. If he was really bad at it, he would have the same sage mode as Jiraiya, which partially turned him into a toad. Therefore, Minato is magically good at Sage Mode, and Naruto inherited this.

Added to the fact she still had to use her chakra to hold kurama inside from escaping. Yea not like after all that she still fought and was still alive from Bijuu extraction and a huge ass hole in her chest. Naruto's life force is nothing compared to his mom's.
