Except Sasuke himself has never used Rasengan or Fuuton. It takes skill to develop Rasengan and even moreso with Rasenshuriken which noone has accomplished. Naruto got 2yrs experince mind you and he has already mastered Rasengan and knew his nature.It wont be easy to just see and make. Sasuke has never used a chakra technique with huge mass before. It wont be up his allet at all and he wont be able to do it as well as Naruto especially in the Last where it took him kyuubi chakra to even hurl it so effortlessly.

Yes he will need two hands to master FRS. Did you see Boruto, a prodigy learning rasengan?

No he will not. For a guy who doesn't need to use seals for Chidori, I don't think he will need two hands at all. Naruto uses two hands for any Rasengan variants because he feels comfortable to do it with clones. Kakashi can do a Rasengan with one hand, so doing a Rasen Shuriken with one hand isn't out of the reach for Sasuke. He controls chakra at Hagoromo's level and you're telling me he will have a difficult time mastering this. Boruto is more of a fake prodigy who had to use the device to cast all sorts of elemental jutsus, can't really use him as concrete evidence.

With one arm it will be extremely difficult to learn because of its mass. He would need two arms to make it easier in my opinion. He can learn it of course, just not instantly easy as so many dellusional people think.

He makes performing techniques easier than you think. He can fire that FRS with one hand as well. Yes two arms makes it easier but Sasuke is always fighting the odds so I do think he can master the jutsu but mastery doesn't imply that he will have full experience with it like Naruto does.

I see you dont know why Sage Mode is needed to throw Rasenshuriken. You obviously dont understand the scope, power and weight of that move.

You need two arms to learn Rasenshuriken bro. Sasuke will need his other arm. After he produces it yes he can hold it up. But as for the process of learning it. He needs another arm

I understand Sasuke prowess completely. I also understand the difficulty of the jutsus Naruto uses and why he alone can use them so easilly. Sasuke barely fits the mold.

imo : although sasuke has sharingan but still his sharingan can only help him copy-past fodder thechniques....thus rasenshuriken is too difficult for him to master
