23-27 are pretty even, I can see him winning agianst Magellan. Only reason I put him up there is because his poison. Ivankov should be lower aswell.

Obviously Kaido's first mate is better than WB's third mate. Idk why he has WB and Ace on his list even though he didn't include other dead characters.

Got Mihawk's recognition and fought on par with him. Top 10 is very tricky, mostly based on hype. I put Kaido on #2 because he's probably past his prime contrary to Dragon.

Has Jack been explicitly said to be his first mate? If so even then I wouldn't said that would put him over Vista.

Prime WB is #1, admirals and yonko all go in the same tier without any being above any, bar kaido as he's #2. Mihawk isnt getting that close to kaido, also doffy is above jack for now and by feats. Moreover luffy might actually beat jozu in g4. Lastly zoro isn't beating kidd by potrayal, but if you're going by pure feata then you might as well get xxdrake,smoker and sanji above him as well.

Most of this is wrong.On what did you assume Dragon is the strongest? Luffy isn't stronger than Doflamingo.Enel too low.Hancock isn't stronger than Law and Zoro...How's Big Mom lower than Shanks'es first mate? X-Drake weaker than Burgess?

wtf are you talking about? I never said anything about division numbers corresponding to strength ranking.

You automatically assumed that the 3rd division commander = 3rd mate. So going by your logic, 1st division commander > 2nd > 3rd.
And I don't remember anything mentioned about Kaido/WB's mates.
