Can IT work on Tenseigan Hamura?

It is unknown whether he had Tenseigan during that time, and it also unknown what was his age back then. Maybe he was a child and Kaguya obviously somehow spared Hagoromo and Hamura from being caught in IT.

Most likely who knows. All Tenseigan does it seems is give you something like RSM. Which by manga can get caught in IT.

Infinite Tsukuyomi can only be negated by a Rinnegan. Unless you think the Tenseigan is a Rinnegan, it's user is getting caught.

IT has never shown to work on RSM users. Only on regular people.

Seeing as that is the hightened level of byakugan and probably because it was influenced by the chakra fruit, probably not.

We know why rinnegan won't get IT get casted on it because it is practically the same eyes but tenseigan had the chakra as well.

Hamura had the Yin seal so it shouldn't as Yin is the power of the mind.
