I already do GFX that isn't cropping and resizing.

I recommend following tutorials and what not because this isn't GFX. An online image editor can do this much.

I'm not saying this to be mean and hurt your feelings. I use to do this as well, until I decide to learn actual editing.

I did use PS for that, not sure what you are trying to imply.

That looks good. If you can do GFX, then why are you doing avatars like these? your opening post made it seem like that is the best you can do.

You may not like them but some may take them.I've done a lot of avatar packs before,and yes they were not good but people were using them.
Sig/tags take much more time so obviously why not do them.
