6 years boxing and some wrestling experience. Heck I almost got into it yesterday with somebody yesterday who claimed he boxed as well. I wasn't as mad as him but if he would've put up the hands I wouldve had to handle my business. It's weird..i wasnt nervous at all. I was...curious.

He's lucky I didn't go Eight Gates on his ass

Well I was a Taekwondo fanatic growing up... I stopped in the 10th grade in 2008 , I was green belt

Green's kind of low but then again I guess the school giving them out matters more than the belt color really. I made it to 1st degree black but it wasn't really that great of a school looking back.

I can fight exactly like Lee. I mean I never fought but since I saw it in a Chinese cartoon, I can probably replicate it.

LOL you got to the first Dan? Was your Dojang governed by a Master, Grand Master or just a senior assistant with high Dan Level. My Dojang was a strict one, it also had time requirements meaning you have to stay at least X amount of time in that belt before graduating it doesn't matter how good you are?

I am highly trained in Capoeira and MMA. I could hold a candle to Lee in terms of fighting authenticity, but I doubt I could match his speed and strength.

Yeah like I said, looking back it wasn't that great of a school. I'm in a small state in the US so authenticity was a bit lacking, my first teacher was a middle aged man with a bit of a gut and glasses(for some perspective of what I had to work with). Our teachers were called instructors and our black belts were degree not dan, they didn't use any authentic terminology, except one time I remember one of the instructors saying nunchuck right. We had no time requirement for the belts though we should have, we had two testings a year if you didn't "level up" you had to wait until next testing. Our boards were laughable, I think it was my blue belt maybe green and I had to side kick a board and it snapped as the instructors were holding it. It was basically what you would expect from a suburban karate school in a small town. So like I said my black belt would mean shit to a proper trained blue or purple belt probably. The hardest board break I remember being required to do to pass to the next belt was either red to red/black or red/black to black and it was jumping over 2(or 3 I may have had to do two because of my height I don't remember) other students and kick the board.

That said we did have some good students in the place but they would have been good with any teacher probably. And as half assed as they were in teaching the kids(we didn't really get good training until we reached black belt there) some of what they showed us did work. I can still kick over my head and throw some ok kicks. I remember at a school fair there was a Karate table set up where you could try and break wood, I thought hey I do this no problem, turns out he was from a more legit school cus that wood was thick, still broke it though. I think I still have it lol. I went to ATA(American Taekwondo Association) fyi.
