Castiel, who is an average man in his thirties. He sports a pair of dress shoes, a black suit, an unbuttoned white-stripped dress shirt, and loosened blue neck tie accentuated by a beige trench coat. Although he has a very dire demeanour, his outward appearance radiates a natural calm and serenity which makes conversation easy and direct.

Castiel is strong, determined, impulsive, competitive, ignorant and naive. Castiel expresses little to no emotion which creates a lot of flaws and complexities in his persona. Despite this, he does not display the blank apathy or mocking superiority complex. His lack of emotion and understanding of certain traits held by some ninjas such as sarcasm has often led to humorous situations. He does, however, become close friends with a few of his fellow village mates, who encourage him to be kinder, more caring and more selfless. Castiel has learned how to "bend" the rules at times.
When Castiel was sent outside and away from Konoha, his sanity and original personality was restored, although he himself states nobody could ever be sure if he is indeed sane. Castiel wasn't allowed back into Konoha so he moved onto Kirigakure, Castiel displayed a slightly more laid-back personality and a much less detached persona and showed more emotions. He has also developed a strong desire for penitence, looking for anyway possible to redeem himself.
Castiel seems to have a fondness for his usual appearance as he never changed. At first he may not have changed out of lack of necessity, but after moving to his new home; Kirigakure, he put back on his usual outfit and was very pleased to be able to do so. He seemed to be particularly fond of his trench-coat as even insane he wore it.
Sometimes when he uses his dark release techniques to often he turns into this person that has no emotion and does not care for anyone besides himself, and the power consumes him. The dark release at times can completely change Castiel.

History
Early Life - Kiri Castiel grew up in the village hidden in the mist (Kirigakure) His parents where very strict towards him, he learnt to never disobey them. Once Castiel was old enough he started school he was a slow learner but once he got the hang of something he was a natural at it, he always followed his teachers instructions without questions. Castiel didn't have any friends in the early years of his life, Castiel felt no emotions towards any one while his time in Kiri. Later on, Castiel on assigned a mission to found a ninja within Kiri, to Castiel's surprise this ninja had a hidden talent, this ninja had mastery over Dark release. The two talked, Castiel wanted to learn dark release but the ninja refused saying "You're not ready Castiel". The ninja left, Castiel could never find him again. He made it his goal to find someone to teach him dark release.
Past Life I - Myobokuzan: A few years later, during these years Castiel trained and trained to get better. He decided to leave Kiri since there wasn't any one to train him. While walking, Castiel came across a toad thinking to himself that's odd. (Castiel had been walking for sometime, and had time to think about what he wanted to, he decided he wanted to make some sort of friends) The toad transformed and it was none other than Gamahiro, Gamahiro explained he has known about Castiel for awhile and he knew about Castiel wanting to learn Dark release. Gamahiro took Castiel to a beautiful place called Myobokuzan, that become Castiel home for the next six months, Castiel trained even harder but this time with people he could call friends, he trained along side Mattobi, House, Kagutsuch, Drizzeh, 'Kurapika (the sexiest of them all) and the rest. After the six months was up Castiel decided to leave Myobokuzan, but Castiel left with good terms with the toads.
Past Life II - Konoha Couple a months after he left the toads, Castiel came across a ninja from Iwagakure, this ninja's name was Kryptiic. Kryptiic and Castiel, sat and talked they become good friends. Kryptiic and Castiel sparred here and there, to get each other stronger. But Castiel still felt like he wasn't strong enough, so Castiel left Kryptiic, they parted on good terms. Castiel walked and thought to himself, maybe I'll walk to Konoha, which he did on his way there he came across a few ninjas from different villages, Castiel being the friendly type he was/now is. First ninja he came across his name was Toshiro, they became great friends. Had there ups and downs, but Castiel got stronger thanks to Toshiro. The next ninja he met, was Kerrah, they had a few spars they became friends. The last ninja Castiel met for this day was a Konoha ninja named McKnockout, Cas and McKnockout sparred each other a few times, got to know each other and became good friends. McKnockout invited Castiel back to Konoha, to meet the Hokage, Castiel accepted the offer.The two of us reach the gates of Konoha, McKnockout tells Castiel to wait here, McKnockout comes back. Tells him, to walk up to the Hokage's mansion. Castiel feeling tired from all the past walking and sparring. Knocks on the door of the Hokage's mansion. A voice says "come in". Castiel enters, there sitting in the chair is the Hokage, his name is Scary Yamato. Castiel says: 'It's an honour to meet you', Castiel then goes may I stay in the village. Scary says: "Sure, you are welcome to stay as long as you want. If you want you can become a konoha ninja" Castiel accepts the nice offer "Thank you lord Hokage."
Training Life I - Dark: Time passes roughly one month has passed, and Castiel did actually managed to find someone to train him in Dark Release, and that person's name was Sindy, she helped him mastered the art, along the the path he met an interesting person, his name was Kiritsugu, he has very happy to train Castiel in the art of Ninjutsu, and they're still training to this day. As there isn't many techniques of dark release, Dante. a sensei of Konoha (the village Castiel was part of) Castiel asked Dante.. could Castiel learn some of his custom dark release techniques, and surprisingly Dante.. said yes... A few months pass by. By this time Castiel, has manage to become so much stronger then he was, people trained him in there own special dark release techniques, Castiel thought to himself; "Wish I had my own techniques special to me." He sat and thought for months, how he would come up with his own dark techniques, but it finally happened he made his own techniques, Castiel was over the moon. Castiel decided to reply Sindy the favour, she taught him everything he knows about the art. He taught her one of his dark techniques. Kiritsugu and Castiel also finally finished his Ninjutsu training, all thanks too Kiritsugu.

Training Life II - Griffins: Three month passed since, Castiel finished his ninjutsu training, Castiel was still missing one more element, that element was water. Then he came across someone by the name of Wesobi, Wesobi and Castiel trained and trained until there was nothing left for Castiel to learn. Some weeks passed, Castiel was walking along and met someone inside the village hidden in the leafs, his name was Yume. Yume and Castiel hit it off, Castiel was missing a summoning and Castiel had heard about Yume's summoning; Griffins, Castiel was amazed that he had something like that, Yume was more then willing to let Castiel sign the contract, and in which Castiel did.
Training Life III - Ducks: Castiel thought he needed one more thing, that thing was his own personal weapon; a sword, so he worked and worked to built his own sword, it is exquisite in both form and use, a dual edged blade that mimicked the shape of a roaring flame, a hilt of obsidian, and a long chain hidden within the hilt which would only respond to his chakra. So this sword was only for his hands, no one else. Just him, he was proud with this sword. There was yet more for Castiel to find and master...one day he will find and master them. Castiel has been training once more over the past two months; this time though he has been training to get better with his swordsman skills, another thing Faust taught him how to summon Ducks so, Castiel has two animals in his pocket. The only thing Castiel seems to be stuck on is, finding someone who is willingly to teach him sound release...Castiel was still finding that person who would want to teach him sound release, but still no luck. But during his journey he met a man by the name of Zero Kevin, this man taught Castiel the way how to correctly use a blade in a fight, which Castiel was forever grateful.

Training Life IV - Sound and Red Sand: Now after spending about two years looking for someone to teach Castiel sound release, he finally found someone; this someone also turned out to be one of Castiel oldest friends, and rival Vision; Vision is currently teaching Castiel how to use the techniques, the training is rather difficult but worth it all the same. More time went on, training in sound; Vision told Castiel he had to go away for a bit, so Castiel walk around for a little more time, Castiel noticed one of his other old friends, Blake..."I forget his last name" - Castiel keeps saying to himself, this friend taught Castiel a thing that he had never heard of it is an element that goes by the name of Hydrophobic Red Sand, rather very interesting element, but Castiel was one of the lucky few that Blake was going to teach to him, Castiel is in the process of learning as we speak now.
Past Life III - Back to Kiri: Some time passed Castiel had completed the training with Blake to learn how to use red sand, which Castiel was glad about; while Castiel was on his journey he met up with two different old man, each of them nicely taught Castiel two secret fighting styles they were named: Yūgana Ken | Graceful Fist & Kyu Doragon Jutsu | Nine Arts Dragon. Castiel had left Konoha for none other reason but as a spy to Konoha, this was during the reign of Kakuzu. He was a ruthless Kage; and the Hokage at the time agree to do a program of sorts, where village members would go to Konoha and vise-versa. Castiel ended up in Kiri, and spied and spied, till the end of the reign of the current Hokage at the time, he was taken over by none other then the man, the legend; Scorps. So Castiel as much as he wanted to come back to Konoha could not as it would seem odd, and the whole ordeal of explaining was too tiresome. So, Castiel decided up staying and stopped being a spy and becoming a Kiri ninja for the next couple of months. While staying there, he had surgery done to his legs, which now attached to his skin and legs are chains, these chains allow him to speed up when it needs to, and for a quick attack. The surgery was done by Mephistopheles (Leaf) in conjunction to having this surgery Castiel also learnt a custom fighting style that uses these chains, he learnt it by a man that goes by the name of Solf. Castiel down the road also learnt amass of other styles. Castiel has also completed his sound training with Vision, and is getting quite comfortable with sound and its techniques.
Past Life IV - Otogakure: Castiel wanted a change of pace and thus got up and left the village hidden in the mist. There was a village out there, this village was rebuilding itself; this was none other then the village hidden in the sound. Castiel was recruited by none other then Erzo. So far Castiel has enjoyed himself in the village, it is different to all the other villages he has been apart of. A lot of people joined the sound village, it was almost overwhelming for Castiel. But he dealt with it quickly and stayed there for a while, but not overly that long, over a month.
Past Life V - Back to Konoha: The sound village was no more, it dyed and burned. There was nothing left of it, so Castiel did the only thing he could do and leave, he left and wandered around for a short while, until he was accepted back into Konoha. His old home, by the Hokage at the time, Scorps. To this day, Castiel is staying faithful to Konoha and with a new Hokage in change, Castiel wants to and also being one of the first officers, he feels more at home then ever!
Training Life VI - Medical Ninjutsu: Something else rare happened to Castiel also, he started and completed a rare type of training only a few receive he leant the arts of medical ninjutsu, he was taught by Vincent and Scorps. With that now leant and complete, Castiel is able to hear his comrades in the midst of battle, or himself if he so chooses.
Special Event I - Flaw: There was a person outside the village one day, he was an old friend of Castiel's from when he was part of the toad village, Flaw is one of the many names he goes by. Castiel stopped and greeted the old friend, Flaw had in his possession an interesting technique a technique that hasn't seen the light of day in years. Flaw so far has taught no one this technique. Castiel has known about this technique for a long while now, about a year or so. Castiel asked again: "Can I learn it now?" - Flaw finally taught him this rare technique, the technique known as Two Camels in a Tiny Car. After the weirdest training Castiel has ever received for a technique, Flaw was never seen again. There was one thing that Flaw left before he disappeared was a scroll and on the scroll it said: "Use them at your own risk. They don't care about anyone, not even you. Oh one more thing, this isn't a summoning technique like the normal ones you see, they are more dangerous then ones you've ever seen before."

Training Life VII - Poison: As Castiel progressed through the ranks of medical ninja, he was lucky enough to be picked as one of the few to actually teach the arts, by the headmaster himself; Scorps. As he taught, he gained something else the right to learn something, something beyond special. This certain skill was even rare to some of the most powerful people. There have been only five who have this such ability it is none other then the almost lost ability known as Poison. Where a medical ninja as himself is able to breath and produce different types of poison - that is what Castiel will be able to do once he masters the art.
Training Life VIII - Alcohol & Hot Ice : Castiel also while at Konoha while mixing around with some elements, he created a new and powerful element of his own, with the help of an old friend, a element came to be born known as alcohol, now Castiel can drink alcohol whenever he wants, or hand it out to his comrades without spending a dime. Also within the same time frame, Castiel and an old friend of his, Broly created another new element, it goes by the name of Hot Ice.
Present Life - A Day in the Life of a Hokage: On the eleventh hour of the fifteenth day, Konoha has had a change in the chain of command, Castiel was made the eleventh Hokage; Juuichidaime Hokage. Castiel obtained the title from the previous Hokage, Nagato Uzumaki (Oasis Nara). Castiel was a trusted and high ranked officer before the promotion hence why he was trusted to lead the great village, Castiel believes he is up for the task. Only time will see if he is cut out for the job, as it may seem he may be settling into his new role just fine, there may have been some issues referring to the previous reign but nothing Castiel couldn't sort out.

Sound Mastery: Being a master of the sound release Castiel is able to perform all sound based techniques with a single hand seal, and perform the techniques at a much faster rate.
Fire Proficiency: Having spent many years practising in the art of Fire. Castiel has proved himself to be very proficient with all Fire techniques and as such can perform the required hand seals with great speed.
Nine Arts Dragon: Being the creator of Nine Arts Dragons fighting style, Castiel naturally has slight increased speed and reaction time, that above of a normal strong fist user, which is due to the constant fast motion, and quick changing of direction. That Nine Arts Dragon techniques, and style provide.
Medical Ninja Techniques: Under his training with Scorps, and Vincent. Castiel became a medical ninja, able to use healing techniques, and offence healing techniques, this door is only recent and Castiel is learning new and powerful ways to incorporate it into his fighting style. Also on his person at all times are three sets of medicines or pills. He has three of each different pill on him at all times, of each medicine recipe.

Upon expiry of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants

— Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.

Healing and Self Empowerment: Having spent her time for a while now as a medical ninja, Castiel gained access to one of the more rare abilities that not even some of the most advanced medical ninjas have up their sleeves, he specializes in a skill called healing and self empowerment what this skill basically is an ability that enhances her physical capabilities, as well as her overall healing capabilities, it allows her to fight longer and harder, and he doesn't have to worry as much as the normal ninja has specializing in this skill grants her access to a mode rightfully named medical mode.

Poison Techniques: Being a medical teacher, Castiel has complete mastery over the super rare and scared teachings of poison and all of it's techniques that come along with it. He also specializes in poison.
Summoning Technique: One of the several testaments to Castiel's incredible stature and capabilities is his summoning technique. Unlike ordinary shinobi, Castiel is actually signed to three summoning contracts, as opposed to merely one or two.

Description: Created by a Summoning Jutsu savant known as the Sentō Shōkan (Combat Summoner) with the specific goal of allowing the user to combine both the Summoning Jutsu and Taijutsu together, he was able to create a new form of Close Quarters Combat. In the simplest terms, the Combat Summoner technique takes the basic concept of the Summoning Jutsu and allows them to be performed in conjunction with Taijutsu. As this Jutsu has its roots set in the Summoning Jutsu, this Jutsu requires it's user to fulfil similar conditions as the Summoning Jutsu, with minor differences which are explained below. This Jutsu is primarily responsible for introducing and explaining the concept of "Combat Summoning", and acting as a reference for derived techniques, all of which will logically fall under the category of Nintaijutsu.

This allows the user to Summon the corresponding body part of their Summon by activating the Tattoo('s) located on that specific body part. The second aspect is the actual application of the technique in battle. The regular Summoning Jutsu works by signing a Contract with a specific Animal in blood, then sacrificing a small portion of blood each time the user wishes to use the Summoning Jutsu, by wiping blood on their Tattoo, then applying both Chakra and pressure to a surface via direct contact. This technique's Summoning steps are almost identical, with the only real difference being a more direct approach to the "Contact" portion. Logically the user must still apply both blood and Chakra to their Tattoo's, and make contact with a surface, the surface mainly being considered the opponent's body, before the Combat Summoning actually occurs.
The following is an example of how this Jutsu would work within a standard combat scenario. A signer of the Toad Contract performs the D-Rank Taijutsu technique "(Kodzuku) Punch" with their left fist which connects with their target, while also meeting the conditions for the Summoning Jutsu. As they channel Chakra through the Tattoo on their left arm, which also has the necessary blood wiped across it, they become able to "Summon" the left arm of their Summoning Animal to reinforce their attack, which for the purposes of this example is the B-Rank Summon, Gamatatsu. Gamatatsu's fist then almost instantly "materializes" in the area surrounding the user's left arm, similar in appearance and function to how users of the Mangekyō Sharingan can partially manifest their Susano'o's arm, appearing in the area surrounding the user, but not "overlapping" it. This means that any harmful Jutsu that the user may have active will not affect the Summoned fist, as they would not be able to make direct contact, unless the harmful Jutsu has an extended range. Gamatatsu's fist also attacks the target, following the same general speed, trajectory, etc as the users attack, creating a two pronged attack, one being the D-Rank (20 Damage) punch the user threw, and the other being the B-Rank (10 Damage) Combat Summoner punch from Gamatatsu, resulting in a total of 30 damage, should both punches successfully land without interference. Upon the completion of the attack, whether either attack was successful or not, Gamatatsu's arm disappears as quickly as it appeared, leaving the user to plan their next attack accordingly.
Note: The Combat Summoner Tattoo's are designed and applied by the user at their own discretion, requiring the user to post this Jutsu in the "Other" section of any Biography that wishes to use this Jutsu.
Note: Although the damage of this technique is based on the Rank of the Summon, unique effects and abilities for any Summons utilized with this technique must also be taken into consideration, whether they be a result of the Summon's Biology, or an ability they possess.
Note: Due to the unique method of Summoning that the Combat Summoner Jutsu utilizes, the partial Summoning employed by the Combat Summoner Jutsu does not affect the Regular Summoning Jutsu Method. This is because the Combat Summoning method relies solely on the actions and Chakra of the user for it's activation, and thus doesn't conflict with it. However, any Animal that has been Summoned using the Regular Method cannot be Summoned via the Combat Summoner Method. This is because when Animals are Summoned using the Regular Method, they expend their own Chakra to maintain the Summoning, and once they run out of Chakra, roughly around 4 turns later, they become unavailable to be Summoned afterwords. - The Will of Fire is an idea taught to and carried by all members of Konoha. It is the belief that only through love, understanding and decisive action can true peace be acquired, though never by attacking others and rather by protecting something the individual holds dear. The belief is a spiritual heritage that was created by Hashirama Senju and passed down to all the villagers and shinobi of Konoha. Shinobi who carry this belief love the village with all their heart and will fight to protect it even against the most significant odds. It gives them the strength to keep going even when the situation looks grim. When defending the village the Will of Fire gives the shinobi of Konoha the extra strength needed to defeat the invading forces and the will power to continue the battle after receiving damage, ensuring the Will of Fire is never extinguished.
- Can only be used by members of Konohagakure who embody the Will of Fire.
- Only usable when defending the village from external threats.
- Normal members receive a +10 damage boost as well as a strength and speed boost equivalent to one rank (based on the NB ranking system). So for example a Jounin would gain the strength/speed of an S-Class Ninja, a S-Class Ninja would gain the strength/speed of a Sannin).
- Normal members can continue after being hit by one B-rank or below attack but lose the bonus damage, speed and strength.
- The Hokage and Village Officers receive a +15 damage bonus and strength and speed increased by one rank.

- The antithesis to the Will of Fire, the Will of Darkness is a school of thought that was developed by Shimura Danzo during the reign of Hiruzen Sarutobi and taught to the members of the Root (Ne). He instilled this will within members of his Root organization so that they would be able to carry out their missions successfully and without failure. The Will of Darkness holds the belief that one must protect what he loves by aggressive action and the destruction of all potential threats, no matter the moral cost or context. Where the Will of Fire is based on the defense of the village, the Will of Darkness is based on the attack of its enemies. After his death and the dissolution of Root, his will spread into other Konoha shinobi as former root members began to integrate themselves back into normal village organizations. People who have committed themselves to this school of thought understand the need to eliminate threats and do things that may be considered amoral for the greater good. As a result they battle without hesitation and with a greater ferocity when committing acts of aggression than those who adhere to the Will of Fire.

Weapon: Castiel carries a thumb sized ball, this ball is a special weapon that allows him to use the fighting style: Football Arts & attached to each side of Castiel's hips, these duel chained blades are needed so Reese can use the fighting style: Doki Sono Kamigami | Wrath of the Gods. Another one of the fighting styles he picked up along his journey is a scythe that goes by the name of The Forgotten Reaper which is stored in a scroll. Castiel also carries along side his other weapons a weapon that goes by the name of a bolas, these a simply weights attached to a rope that gain power & momentum, thus throwing them allowing the one wielding them to hinder one's movement a very handy weapon. These bolas grand Reese access to the fighting style: Bōrasu no Michi | Way of the Bola.

The Bearers are made of a material so the user can channel their chakra and manipulate water sources or even the moister in the air for varies objects such as weapons, shields on top of them. These two hilts are the perfect weapon for a weapon user and water user. The user channels their chakra and absorbs some water or moister in the air. The highest the rank of the object that is made of water is A rank or lower.

-Only used when the air has enough moister to make the weapon of chose of the user or a some type of water source is in the area of short range of the user to use to use to make the weapon of chose of the user and must have the user chakra in it or no chakra at all.
