Explanation to why Naruto vs Sasuke never ends..

I wouldn't say Naruto had more mastery. He did t even know he could fly until the Kaguya fight. He barely made use of TSB. And even his beast mode was barely achieved in the later half of the war. Not to mention Sasuke was also there fighting for the last half of the war.

They were both evenly matched skill and power wise. The only difference was Naruto wasn't trying to kill Sasuke where Sasuke was trying to kill Naruto.

Sasuke "lost" because Naruto achieved his goal while he did not. A loss is a loss. There is and never will be a complete curb stomp for either of them. They are just too close in power and skill.

My mistake, I believe the correct term may be he had more practice with his abilities. But I agree with you it will never be a curb stomp. Naruto didnt try ripping his arm in a flash like kaguya but we have no proof that that would work considering they know each other so well.

Yeah I agree. Honestly I don't think that would work against Sasuke. He has a number of jutsu that are fast enough to avoid/evade/counter the "blitz" Naruto Fans seem to think Naruto simply needs to do. And vise versa. Their skill sets compliment and oppose each other so any "sure" one-shot attack either of them have can be countered by the other.

Full power, all out, or holding back; I don't think the battle would have ended any other way than a draw given their powers.
