The Sage No Longer A God?

First of all I enjoyed this filler, it was good getting that backstory on Kaguya, to her make feel like an actual character. However, there is problem that in my opinion wrecked the series biggest mystery, and that is The Sage.

Don't get me wrong seeing the sage for the first time in the manga was amazing, probably in my opinion one of the best chapters I have read in the series, just because of seeing him and Naruto interact, also learning the background of Ashura and Indra was good as well which made the chapter even more amazing.

However, ever since the Hagoromo was showed, I don't get the same feeling I used every time I heard his name or title mentioned. With this filler now as well, I honestly just see the The Sage as a normal being not the man or god who was full of mystery and power.

Even though seeing him was good, that sense of mystery has really left him, plus the whole fact he never actually took down the Juubi by himself made his story more of a lie and that god status has literally left him. I even see Madara, more of a god then him now, even though he actually was one lol.

Terrible filler backstory is worse than no backstory.

I would assume that when people ask for backstory it is implied that it should be good backstory.

This was not a true backstory about them. I can feel it.

If you give me 50 K USD and ticket to Japan and also access pass to Kishi's office and SP, I will give them better story blue print for Otsutsuki Backstory.

Some said SP followed what already established by Kishi, but what I saw is an embarrassment to Otsutsuki. No originality like what Originator of history/story should represent.

Also they contradict DB facts

The "Rikudou Sennin" lost his mystery and fame the moment he met Naruto as a chakra ghost. Remember when Jiraiya told Nagato about this mysterious, godly man? That's when Hagoromo was interesting and fascinating.

But the more the story progressed, the more powerful everyone became.. the less interesting became this praised legend of a man. And then, the remains were completely destroyed by his revelation. He didn't look so powerful anymore since a hand full of people already came very close to his level. But that's not the worst. The worst thing was that Hagoromo turned out to be a massive idiot who got fooled by some black goo, didn't recognize that he fought with his own mother AND didn't achieve all the glorious things he became famous for by himself since he had help from a brother as powerful as him.
Kishimoto's shitty storytelling regarding the Ootsutsuki-plotline didn't help either.

She never had any impression/claimed that Hago is a God but a very powerful figure. But this OP(Black Wizard) here think Hago is a God.

And I never felt Hago is a God/like a God in nature. At most a very powerful being in NV before Kaguya introduction. Even I(Kaguya fan) never declared/claimed Kaguya as a God unlike some Sasuke/Naruto fans like to claimed their Fav is a God of NV
