TSB doesn't erase Senjutsu when Onmyoudon is applied, so it likely wouldn't be able to atomize a being such as Juubito who is largely composed of Senjutsu, especially when he contains Massive Amounts of Senjutsu. That's why TSB couldn't atomize RSM Naruto considering he possesses Senjutsu.

Itachi is not a sage Yata gets erased. Only Six Path level users have TSB anyway. Accept that Yata cant tank whats clearly out of its league

Something like PS slash has a good Aoe but I'm not so sure it will be strong enough to kill him since all I've seen it slice are mountains and giant rocks. Not more durable than even a v3 Susanoo. Then again, these rocks were sliced like butter so I wouldn't be suprised if it could slice a v3 in half. I would've liked to have seen it used on a durable construct...


Also would've liked to have seen more of Yata. If it changes its properties to block an incoming attack then what'll happen if it's hit by multiple different kinds of attacks at once?

Yup thats the viz. People tend to mix the 3 up. Onmyoudon is the literal release that TBB and TSB use
