I think the story would be better off with just 1 Joker. 3 Jokers is just too much to handle for Batman and even more so for the readers.

I mean, what's canon and what's not in the Batman universe? In the animated series, the Joker was already killed by Batman.

na. its brilliant really. you're probably thinking along the lines that the jokers would be individuals who all know one another, but like AG said, one could be Bruce Wayne (basically a split personality kind of thing). the other could be a Loki kind of character like a tricky god who cast a dark spell over Gotham (which would explain why its so...malevolent) and has fun mimicking villains, the Joker being his favorite.
