New Villain Teaser? [Spoiler for recent episode]

In the new episode today, Kaguya was telling Hagoromo her thoughts on what she was doing with the Divine Tree.
We all know she was prepping it for Kinshiki and Momoshiki but, they showed one more, a character we haven't seen.
It's not Toneri due to the hair and I'm pretty sure he wasn't even born then.
So, potential Boruto or new Movie Villain? Or are did they just randomly add a 3rd person and we will never see him?

hamura dealt with it, while he was on the moon, that brought about the moon kingdom where others came about, the followers were divided in to main an side branches.

The great white snake sage give hamura an foreshadowing.. Treasure Tenseigan came to light.

Sasuke is seeking the individual out, but ended up fodderized .... Along with naruto later on...

I caught that too. We know it's Momoshinki and Kinshiki in one, but the other was a wtf! I wonder that was a Studio Periot mess up?
