maybe. I think he was good when he got to earth(opposite of uni.7 Goku) and he bumped his had, ended up a blank slate (like uni.7 goku) but this time there was no Gohan to raise him as a good child. Instead maybe he ended up on desolate planet that never thrived and because of that he turned evil and ended up destroying earth and himself.

It would make sinse since universe 6 & 7 earth are opposite twins. Maybe evil goku grew up without grandpa gohan? As a result, he stayed evil.

Evil/Dark/Black Goku is the most stupid idea in all of Dragonball's history. That concept will make GT seem better. It's just so lazy and seems like something an 8 year old came up with.

Perhaps gohan was just that bit more competent as a parent, until kakarot blew up the planet/killed everyone.
