I wouldnt say he is invincible. Because Kamui, and Susanoo have their weaknesses. But DMS Kakashi is definitely underrated.

KAMUI had 1 weakness... that Kakashi had the other eye.

Reflexes. Kaguya had a hard time catching Naruto even with her portals and complimented him on his fast reflexes.
Sensing. Naruto is a sensor so this compliments his reaction.
Kamui feinting. Kaguya and Black Zetsu thought they killed the real Naruto with that ash bone attack and turns out all his clones were real. I think that meant there was no real Naruto to kill in Shadow clone form or at least that's what I gathered from that little bout of theirs.
TSB. Though they wouldn't negate a Rikudo enhanced Kamui they can still be used to defend against Susanoo/Raikiri attacks.
Chakra. Naruto has way more than Kakashi

Not to mention Sasuke negged Naruto clones with Taijutsu alone in Vote 2 so they definitely can't survive a PS Slash.

Sharingan can't detect the real Naruto from the clones. All it sees is color. Same with Rinnegan. The reason Sasuke was able to tag the real Naruto is from experience. He knows Naruto's fighting style and learned what he did t know by fighting along side him in the war. He is perceptive and knows where the real Naruto would most likely be. Byakugan is the doujutsu that can see the real from clones. And Kaguya had that when she ash boned a Naruto clone and thought she killed him. She was fooled. This won't work for Kakashi at all.

Susanoo can be overpowered. Remember Naruto knows how Kamui works now and Kakashi can't remain intangible to attack. With hundred if not thousands of juiced up clones either attacking, transformed into the environment, or laying in wait for an opportunity to strike it's only a matter of time before Kakashi gets tagged. DMS Kakashi is boss for sure, but Naruto still takes this
