Okay my bad. I thought zanda was gonna post along with me but he's not. Terrible guy right? Just gonna leave me out in the lurch ay? Anyway. Where are you currently in fire?
Okay my bad. I thought zanda was gonna post along with me but he's not. Terrible guy right? Just gonna leave me out in the lurch ay? Anyway. Where are you currently in fire?
Fire is a pretty straight forward element. It burns, it's hot, it can create ash that's extremely hot, and at times it can make things explode. The heat of fire is its main asset obviously. There's no real cap to it as far as customs and canons go in my experience, but I wouldn't take it too far if I were you. For example, if you used S rank fire vs A rank earth, you could say that it melts said earth if the fire was big enough to encompass the entire thing.
But back to the heat thing. Fire is alright (I guess) because it can do immediate damage to your opponent with said heat. If it even touches your opponent a little bit, immediate damage will be felt, but how much damage is done depends on things like it's rank and size. Of course, like all basic elements, fire has its own chakra type which you build up and release wherever you want. Most of the time (you may see customs with it on rare occasions) Fire is released from the ground or directly from your body. You build the chakra within you and release it through your limbs or you exhale and release it through your mouth. Through the ground you just make your chakra travel through the ground to its target and release it there. Fire is strong to wind and weak to water. It's strong to wind because the wind feeds the fire oxygen and the fire consumes it to keep going. But it's important to note that this is only for wind going in the same direction as the fire. Fire is still strong to wind coming from an opposite direction, but it won't make it stronger. It's weak to water for obvious reasons.
Anyway if there's no questions. Post all the D rank fire techniques and analyze them. Tell me why they're cool and why they're stupid. Also tell me how it can be used
(Katon: Ryu Kaen Bakufuu ) - Fire Release: Dragon Flame Blitz
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user inhales and then exhales, shooting small balls of fire at the opponent.
This technique is cool/useful because shooting multiples of balls means the user needs to dodge more of them. Also, because you're using your mouth, your hands/limbs are free to do something else. However this technique is stupid because it's the lowest of the ranks and is very easy to dodge/block. This can be used offensively to try and hit your opponent.
(Katon: Kaen Shuriken Ranbu ) - Fire Release: Blazing Shuriken Dance
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will throw several shuriken infused with fire at the enemy and then, through a mental command, ignites them to cause extra damage.
This technique is cool because it enchants your weapons. There's not really a downside to that unless the opponent uses water. All shuriken can easily be dodged which is stupid, but that's just the way life is. At least with this technique, the shuriken is stronger encase it hits. I would use this technique to attack the enemy with more powerful shuriken, rather than basic ones.
( Katon: Komakai Kaki ) - Fire Release: Small Fire
Rank: D
Type: Offense
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: The user spews a small fireball.
This ability is similar to the first, but seems to be a little better. But once again, it's easy to dodge and big fire balls are better than small ones. I would use this technique offensively and I would use it instead of the first one.
( Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offense/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.
This technique seems very useful. If you exhaled the gas and sent any fire technique through it, wouldn't it be accompanied then with a large fireball? This technique is cool because the gas can spread and come in contact with a previous attack if there is fire left over? This is stupid because you would need to perform another fire move to ignite it. Also, the opponent could possibly play off your gas, too? I would use this offensively, to attack with a large fire ball.
( Katon no Jutsu ) - Fire Release Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will release a small but powerful flame of fire at their opponent from either their limbs (through movement) or exhaling it. It can produce fire balls or fire streams or simply aid in taijutsu.
This is cool because you can enchant taijutsu and also cool because fire streams are longer than fire balls so that means more area the opponent has to dodge. Also, small but powerful is a sentence I like. No one expects small things to be packed with power. This is stupid because small balls, once again, are simply easy to dodge. I would use this technique to create streams of fire or small balls of fire and attack my opponent. Maybe I could make a stream of fire that the gas can ignite with?

Well the fire would consume the gas and become a larger fireball. There's also a chance that if an opposing fire technique hit it too close to you that it could hurt you instead. Also keep in mind that it says sparks as well, so lightning could set it off.
Remember that the last technique, as well as any other, can be combined with chakra less tai jutsu for a possible devastating effect.
( Katon: Shōkasou ) - Fire Release: Small Fire Stream
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will create a small short flame at the opponent. This flame is capable of making the target collapse due to the heat of the technique. This technique requires no handseals.
This technique is cool because no hand seals means it can be performed instantly. Also, making your enemy collapse is a great way to take the advantage and put them on the defensive side of things. This is lame because it's a small short flame which leads me to think it's easily dodge-able/block-able. I would use this offensively to cause the enemy to collapse so that I have the upper hand.
( Katon: Sanshōuo no Kaen ) - Fire Release: Flame of the Salamander
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: Kankurō manipulates his puppet Salamander to release a huge burst of fire from a compartment within its mouth at the opponent.
Note: Can only be used by Kankurō
This is cool because using your puppet instead of yourself to do a fire burst safer and cooler. This is very lame because I don't have a Kankurō bio and won't be able to use this technique at all. So I wouldn't use this in battle, but if someone who had a Kankurō bio did, they would use this offensively to attack the enemy with a nice burst of fire that seems hardish to block because of the element of surprise.
( Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offense
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally. The fire ball can present itself in 2 forms: it can either be created by a stream of fire and sustained as a gigantic ball of flames in front of the user spanning up to short range or be released as a slightly smaller ball of fire which will travel towards the enemy up to mid range.
This is cool because it seems very powerful as gigantic balls of fire are hard to dodge. Especially if your short range, I don't know how the enemy would react to dodging such a large attack. But this is very lame because there is an excessive amount of handseals and a process to get the fire ball active which means the opponent may suspect something and be able to dodge/block. I would use this technique at close range in which I would try to incinerate my opponent with a giant ball of fire.
( Katon: Shōkasou ) - Fire Release: Small Fire Stream

( Katon: Kimuchi Amura ) - Fire Release: Wall of Flames
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary/Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user first throws out a lighter that has an open flame. The user the turns the flame into a wall of fire used for protection or to burn small objects thrown towards him. This jutsu can be used with Hurricane Fist to create a combo jutsu.
I like this this technique. All it takes is a simple lighter and you just amp up the flame. A wall of protection is pretty useful, but it kinda sucks because it says it will burn small objects coming towards the user. So this might be good to use after the opponent does like an opening technique where they throw some kunai and shurikens. But besides that, the opponent will probably stay away from small objects and use more powerful techniques and attacks. But if the user uses this with hurricane fist, I believe this technique becomes a bit stronger and more useful.
(Katon: Hibashiri ) - Fire Release: Running Fire
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal by utilizing their fire chakra, the user will create a stream of fire that can be manipulated into several forms (rings of fire that runs on the ground or a circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the target. It can also be used in combination with Wind Release: Divine Wind to create a tornado of flames, or with Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains to release a massive inferno. The stream of fire can be created by stomping the ground (running across the ground in this case) or by spewing the flames (which will form an airborne ring of flames that will travel towards the enemy).
Oooh, I really like this technique. All it takes is one handseal and for the user to run across the ground (or spew it from their mouth, however I'd prefer running probably). I think putting the rings of fire in the air is a better choice here. This technique makes me excited and I think it's cool because I know up to A-rank wind techniques, so I'll be sure to use this in combination with Divine Wind. A fiery tornado is insanely cool and powerful in my opinion. Would be rather hard for the opponent to dodge easily. The only reason in my eyes that this technique could suck is if the opponent easily counters it with water.
( Katon: Ryūka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user will perform four handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger , and breathe fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.
Uhm, I think this technique is kinda cool. By any other long object, doesn't that also mean a long sword possibly? In battle, I don't know why I'd have a cord on me (question: while in battle can i set up as many cords as I want naturally?), or multiples of enemy's nearby... all so conveniently standing in a straight line towards my opponent. So that's why I think this technique kinda sucks. But if the fire is traveling by cord, it must be traveling fast. And fast techniques are usually hard to avoid. I think it's pretty helpful that the flames target the upper body of the opponent, because that's usually the most vital area.
( Katon: Endan ) – Fire Release: Flame Bullet
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: This technique is performed by performing the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger hand seals and gathering oil in one's mouth, which is created by their chakra. As the oil is exhaled, its ignited, creating a large bullet of burning oil. One can also shoot multiple smaller bullets which can be shot in a widespread. The advantage of this technique is that due to the oil present in it, it will explode if it comes in contact with water. Not only that but due to the oil, the burning effect is more lasting (spreading across surfaces or enemies where it might hit) as the oil burns for a longer period of time, even without the users chakra.
Note: Must know Toad summoning contract to use.
Holy shammwow, I love this! Okay, so it's pretty cool because fire bullets are awesome... especially when they can't be affected by water because of the oil. I could see someone easy countering this however, by using some kind of earth barrier or shield. Also, the fact that you must know Toad summoning limits who can use this. In which, I can't. And I don't really plan on getting a toad summoning contract, so this technique is pretty useless to me. :dunno:
( Katon: Karyūdan ) - Fire Release: Fire Dragon Bullet
Rank: C
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user exhales a flame breath from their mouth after making the tiger hand seal. This technique can be used in conjunction with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet to ignite the projectiles fired by the latter technique, making it more devastating.
I think it's pretty nice how this can be used solely or in conjunction with the earth technique. A flame breath from your mouth ins't all too big or exciting really, but using it with the earth bullets to ignite projectiles can prove to be helpful by empowering them. However, most projectiles are easily dodged by wind techniques or even earth shields/barriers and stuff like that. Personally, I don't like using techniques that have to do with throwing or empowering projectiles, so this technique is sorta lame to me as I believe it's easily avoidable.
( Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user first performs six hand seals Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger and they create a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.
This technique speaks to me. I like it a bunch. Sending a bunch of small fireballs towards an opponent proves to be difficult to dodge/avoid. And if the user controls each fireball with their chakra, that makes it 10 times harder to dodge. I also think it's pretty dope that you can send some shuriken in there too. The thing that makes this technique kinda lame is that it's mostly used as a distraction. I wouldn't use it for a distraction at all. I'd use it as a full on attack towards the enemy. Then I suppose that might distract them as I send a more powerful technique afterwards, as that's what I'd do.
Its true that hurricane fist would make it more useful, however you'd have to make sure it happened in the same time frame as it.
As for your question, as long as you can breathe fire along it, I'd think that you may use that technique on any "long object". And in battle as long as you get it past your opponent, or maybe you set it up as the enviroment beforehand, then yes you can set up cords.
Sorry for the delay btw, Ill try to reply atleast twice a week. Post the next 4 techniques
( Katon: Honoo no Saigai Hi Kagayaku no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Flame of Disaster Fire Shine Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user releases a flame of fire chakra that converges on the opponent wrapping around them and burning them.
This technique is cool because it wraps around the opponent. That means it's more difficult for the user to dodge or easily prevent. The description had very little detail, so I guess it's also cool cause you can choose how to release the fire. The technique is kinda lame because it's rank C and can in all actually be prevented really easily.
( Katon: Rakka Sanran Kasai ) - Fire Release: Falling Fire Scatter
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user whilst in mid air will release from their mouth a series of small fire shots that rain down upon the target.
I think that this technique is pretty dope because the user is in mid air. It's a different angle which can prove to make dodging the technique a lot harder. The fact that there are multiple fire shots is cool, but it's lame because they are small. Small things suck.
( Katon: Kitsunebi ) - Fire Release: Fire Whisp
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user creates a small ball of bright fire from their mouth that shoots at the opponent burning on impact.
This technique is cool because it mentions the ball of fire is bright. The user could possibly use the brightness to their advantage. Also, it's really cool that it burns on impact, meaning it will burn no matter what it hits. It sucks because, once again, it's a small dumb ball of fire. It's also cool because it leaves the mouth. I like techniques like that.
( Katon: Konohagakure no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Hiding in Fire Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: Using this technique, a user can hide themselves inside a flame. Upon leaving concealment, flames burn, revealing the user. The user can only hide in fire he has created and up to B rank.
This is a really cool technique! It's pretty unique and I like it a lot. I like this technique because I think it's really different. But in all honesty I don't see how this could be useful. What's the point of hiding in fire? It can't technically protect you from much, can it?
( Katon: Honoo no Saigai Hi Kagayaku no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Flame of Disaster Fire Shine Technique
Rank: C

It's alright, no rush really haha. I only have a computer for a limited time as I'm using it at the library currently, so I decided to post every single B technique. Hope that's okay O_O"
Katon: Karyū Endan ) - Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user first performs seven handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger and kneads chakra into flames, which are then manipulated and exhaled as a thin yet incredibly fast jet of flames that spread across the ground as it runs towards the enemy. Its temperature is such that it easily melts the ground as it travels and can reduce an enemy to ash.
Seven handseals is quite a bit which is distasteful. I think it can prove useful as it melts the environment and travels super duper fast. But the handseals really ruin the technique in my opinion haha.
( Katon: Dai Endan ) – Fire Release: Big Flame Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short – Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: This technique is an altered version of ( Katon: Endan ) – Fire Release: Flame Bullet using Senjutsu. The user fills their mouth cavity with oil, created inside the body using Senjutsu chakra. The user then spits out the oil and at the same time igniting the oil creating a giant flame equivalent to ten normal-sized flame bullets. Much like its original technique, the advantage of this technique is that due to the oil present in it, it will explode if it comes in contact with water. Not only that but due to the oil, the burning effect is more lasting (spreading across surfaces or enemies where it might hit) as the oil burns for a longer period of time, even without the users chakra.
Note: Can only be used in Toad Sage mode.
I think this would be very useful against Paper Ninjutsu, as oil is a big counter to the paper. However, I don't have a Naruto bio nor do I ever plan on being in Toad Sage Mode haha, so this technique proves useless to me. However it seems quite powerful in all honestly, and I like the part where it explodes when it comes in contact with water. Seeing that water counters fire, it's pretty cool that for this technique, the fire can have an upper hand.
( Bakuhatsu Enhogan ) – Exploding Flame Shots
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user shoots multiple fire shots from their hands that are able to cause fiery explosions on impact with any object. The shots can't set the opponent on fire, though they can cause damage by exploding on him.
I like the simplicity and straightforwardness of this technique. No handseals are needed which is a plus. I like how it shoots multiples of explosions and how they explode during any impact.
( Katon: Hiendan ) – Fire Release: Soaring Flame Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Offense, Deffence
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user exhales a stronger yet shorter version of the Fire Release: Great Fireball technique.
Well this description is just ... so plain. Umm. Yeah I'd use this technique rather than the original one as this one proves to be stronger. However because it's shorter, I would be using this in close/short range. If in medium/long range this proves to useless. Haha.
( Katon: Gōenkyū ) - Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user after performing two hand seals Horse → Tiger exhales a big-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact. The fire ball has a given solidity property to it, being able to punch through solid obstacles without exploding.
Two handseals aren't too bad. The less the better. I like techniques that are enabled through the mouth. Looks cool. I love the fact that this technique could push through certain low-ranked defenses without exploding and then hit the opponent and explode while carrying them away. I think this technique is very useful.
( Katon: Gōenka ) - Fire Release: Great Flame Flower
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user jumps in the air and shoots three giant bullets of fire that come down like giant meteors, then erupt into a geyser of flame.
I love the movement of this technique. Jumping into the air can held the user avoid certain attacks too. And three GIANT bullets that rain down like meteors? That's pretty badass, honestly. Plus three giant balls would be hard to dodge/avoid. Especially when theyre coming from above. Which means the opponent would have to put quite the effort to defend against this technique.
( Katon: Haisekishō ) - Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user spews superheated ash from their mouth after performing four handseals. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.
This technique is really unique. I love the "clicking teeth" part. The opponent would have no idea that the user is igniting the ash as it is such a small, unnoticeable trigger. The user could do it while talking haha. That would be cool. I also love how the ashe stays in the air and surrounds the opponent. This seems rather difficult to avoid as the ash floats in the air. The user will want to be careful not to get in the ash him/herself though. This would be cool to use in short range, like during taijutsu. Then the user could jump back or something. This would also be cool, like if you put a dome around the enemy, while the ash is in the air. They'd have no escape.
( Katon: Gōryūka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offense/Supplementary
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent after performing one handseal. It is able to alter localized weather conditions to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air, enabling the user to perform Kirin.
Dragon shaped. That sounds cool. Who wouldn't like it? One hand seal? Even better!!! I love the fact that it can mess with the weather and create thunder clouds. That leaves an opening for a new technique to be played. Also, three fireballs are much better than one. I love any technique that performs more than one of something.
( Katon: Hōsenka Tsumabeni ) - Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Flower Nail Crimson
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user unleashes a volley of shuriken with one hand, while at the same time exhaling fire-infused chakra onto them in order to increase the weapons' destructive potential by making them capable of inflicting severe burns upon direct contact with either the intended victim or any other object caught within their trajectories. Due to the chakra-based nature of the flames that surround them, the shuriken will continue to burn after impact, regardless of the flammability of the object that they ultimately collide with.
I don't really like this technique at all. Shurikens can easily be pushed away by wind/water/earth... really anything. Just because it has fire doesn't mean anything, unless they come in contact with the opponent. In which shurikens never really do. Maybe this would be nice as a distraction I suppose.
( Katon: Onidōrō ) - Fire Release: Demon Lantern
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra releasing it into the atmosphere around him to create several ghost-like flames resembling heads with horns and yellow eyes that then attack the target/s in a swarm.
This is a very unique technique. Sounds very cool and badass, so I'd love to use it. One handseal is awesome. And attacking the target in a swarm? That is very powerful in my opinion. Hard to avoid.
( Kaen Rendan ) - Flame Combo
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Sasori shoots a barrage of fireballs from the flamethrowers on the palms of his puppet body.
Note: Can only be used by Sasori
I don't ever plan on making a Sasori bio, so this technique useless to me. Also it totally doesn't sound cool. Yeah, a barrage of fireballs is pretty intense. Also it's cool that Sasori has flamethrowers.
( Katon: Honoo no Hashira Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Flame Pillar Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will manipulate their chakra into their chest and then they will release from their mouth a quick burst of flame towards their opponents feet which then errupts into a large pillar of flame reaching 3 meters tall and inflicting damage to the target.
I like pillar-like techniques, so this one is pretty dope. I like how it emits from the mouth quickly and in a burst of a flame. Pillars prove useful, especially large ones. It sucks though as I wish it would go taller.
( Katon: Kaen Senpū ) - Fire Release: Flame Whirlwind
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing the required four handseals Monkey → Bird → Dog → Ram, fire erupts around the user's body and then launches towards the target in a spiraling-manner or expands engulfing the surrounding area in a tornado of flames. Anything nearby is incinerated as the flames erupt upwards.
I like how the fire erupts around the user. Depending on how you word it, you could use that part of this technique as a sly defense. Then the rest will attack the opponent. All in one move. Also, tornadoes are awesome and hard to a void. Also, this technique engulfs a lotta things with is dope. Also the flame erupt upward? Even cooler. I don't really like the 4 handseals, but it could be worse.
( Katon: Benijigumo ) - Fire Release: Crimson Earth Spider
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing five handseals Tiger → Horse → Rat → Dog → Tiger , the user spews out fire that both surrounds the enemy and then transforms into a spider that attacks the enemy. This technique effectively traps and attacks an opponent at the same time, and can be used to force them into another attack.
Five handseals? Ew. Yeah that sucks. However, the spider part of this attack is really unique. Also, it does two things at once. Attacks and traps the opponent. That's awesome. I love techniques that surrounds the opponent. Cause if the user can't dodge that, they're pretty much done for.
( Katon: Hi no Iki ) - Fire Release: Fire Breath
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user breathes a powerful stream of fire from their mouth at their target.
A simple description for a simple technique. I don't really like this technique. There are so man "streams" of fire already in different techniques. It's booooring. I mean, it's cool that this one is B-ranked. But there's really nothing special. This will easily be dodged. However, this would go good with a wind technique... for a combo. I suppose.
( Katon: Gokuen no Men ) - Fire Release: Hellfire Mask
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: With his masks released from his body, Kakuzu unleashes a torrent of small but dense and fast fireballs at his opponent which explode on impact.
Note: Can only be used by Kakuzu
I don't have a Kakuzu bio and never will. Haha. But I think it's cool that the fire balls are dense and fast and are released in a torrent.
( Katon: Honoo no Heki ) Fire Release: Flame Wall
Rank: B
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user kneads fire chakra into their forearm and then by swinging their arm in a wave motion they release the fire chakra creating a line of fire that spreads out infront of the user acting as a defensive wall.
This technique, I likey. I like the arm motion. Also, no handseals, so it can be performed almost instantanously when you really need that defensive wall. The only thing I don't like is that it's a mere line. Meh. But it could be used offensively and is handy against Tai I believe.
( Katon: Hinotama no Mai ) - Fire Release: Fireball Dance
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will attack the opponent with a series of slashes with their sword and then finish up with jumping into the air above the target and releasing a powerful fireball down upon them.
Note: Requires a Sword.
I like this technique because I gave my new bio a sword. I love the jumping into the air and releasing a fireball down upon the enemy. Things coming down on someone are hard to avoid.
( Katon: Yūgana Honoo ) - Fire Release: Graceful Flame
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short

Description: The user manipulates their fire chakra and doing the tiger hand seal, shoots an intense fire stream at the opponents feet which then lifts them into the air in the eruption of a column of intense flames. Sasori can replicate this technique through the usage of his fire launcher.
One handseal is handy-dandy. Intense fire stream is cool, also can be powerful as it's aimed at the feet. But that seems easily avoidable. Yeah. I think this technique is easily avoidable/dodge-able which sucks.
Read through the techniques Broly asked you to analyze and they're pretty good. A ranks now.

Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Rat → Dog → Tiger fires a small fireball that erupts into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.
