What is itachi chances to Defeat Tobi ?

Without speed or S/T, Itachi gets negged, though even with Intangibility Obito still needs to take him out. So I think Obito wins mid-high diff.

Obito would rip Itachi a new one. Itachi knew he would get rekt if he faced Obito, this is why he never went after him in akatsuki.

More over u can see in the itachi story arc, he shat himself and was stoned when obito killed his friend. Also during uchiha massacre he was taking orders from obito like a dog.

Obito is not shown on his own using Mokuton but a puppet Obito with spiral Zetsu is. To me that feat goes to Zetsu not Obito.

And the manga said Bobito's mokuton was his and not zetsu. He also used one on bm naruto or kakashi from what i remember.
