Pain alone nearly solo'd Kurama. I think with Konan's help he could do it. Also Konan nearly negged Obito forcing him into using Izanagi to revive himself. Pain + Konan should be able to handle BM Naruto.

Also Kisame is heavily underrated since we have only seen 30% of his true power. Against Gai then against Bee and Raikage at the same time.

I think Kisame at 100% power could take BM Naruto with Water Dome.
